Payment Terms:
- For new customers, all shipments are made on a "C.O.D" basis or after receipt of certified check unless credit is approved. The UPS C.O.D. charge is $7.50 and is subject to change.
- 30 days payment terms for Credit approved customers.
- Customer will be charged $30.00 for checks returned for any reason.
- Payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express also accepted.
Returns:
- All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization provided by Great Mexits Garments, LLC.
- No returns are allowed for special price items or promotional items.
- Returns when accepted will be issued a credit for use with a future order.
- Orders shipped or in transit may not be cancelled.
- Garments must be inspected before printing or embroidering. No return will
be accepted on printed, embroidered, washed or altered merchandise.
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Other/Miscellaneous:
- All freight charges are charged to the invoice.
- If customer wants to pay freight directly to the transport/courier company, the company must notify Great Mexits Garments when placing the order.
- For sample orders special pricing is available.
- Custom orders are also acceptable through a separate quotation.
